Decaf Honduras Copán SWP (Swiss Water Process)

This one has notes of Dark Chocolate, Toffee, and even walnuts. 

This decaffeinated coffee is processed using the Swiss Water® Process, a gentle, water-based method that removes caffeine without using chemical solvents. Instead of relying on methylene chloride or ethyl acetate, this process uses water, temperature, time, and carbon filtration to draw caffeine out of the green coffee while helping preserve the coffee’s natural flavor and origin character.
